Hi All,

I am having this error when accessing the https://hanab1:50000/b1s/v1 .

This is my error, I need you help. Thanks

I suppose you already did a /usr/sap/SAPBusinessOne/ServiceLayer/b1s restart

If that did not help, you could call b1s restart, if you have a standart install you should find it here: /usr/sap/SAPBusinessOne/ServiceLayer

If it does not start up that way, it might give you same hints about what is the problem. It at least gave me the following info:

(20014)Internal error (specific information not available): AH00058: Error retrieving pid file logs/httpd_50001.pid
AH00059: Remove it before continuing if it is corrupted.

AH00059: Remove it before continuing if it is corrupted.

This was maybe due to fact that machine harddisk had run out of space. Anyway deleting the offending files resolved the issue in my case.
