What is the possibility of blocking the Shipment Block change in VL01N.

Your question is not clear. Please ask your queries in some understandable format and way. If you want to understand the reason and logic of this field then you should read the F1 help of this field.

If you are asking that how to restrict users to change the shipment block field in VL01N or VL02N then you can achieve this through screen variant SHD0 or through user exit. I will recommend you to go for screen variant and activate the variant for users to whom you want to restrict.

Hi Amal

I have already explained that you can do this through variant. Create a variant and make this field display only and activate this variant. Then create another variant in which this will be in editable and activate this variant only for that particular user to whome you want to give access of editing this.

2nd option is to create authorization object for this field in SU21and add this object in delivery document save userexit. Discuss this with your ABAPER and he will be able to do this.

You have these options and you can google for more clarification that how to work with variants and how to work with authorization objects.

Actually ,in Delivery Level .we have shipment Block Reason at header level in Shipment Tab .Please check over there .

Dear,

Go to SPRO->Logistics Execution->Transportation->Shipments->Maintain Transportation Relevance ,here if you click on then you will get 3 tabs ,now click on First one " Maintain Transportation relevance for delivery  type " - LF ,here If you dont maintain  Shipment Block Reason for your Delivery type then you will not get / block in Delivery level by that Field .
