How to exclude products below certain price from a Rebate?

We´re implementing a new installation of SAP ECC 6 and we have rebates but we need to exclude products from the rebate if they are below certain net price.

Sometimes Sales people give extra-disccounts to some products then the prices of these products go below a minimum level to consider them in the rebate but this is dynamic, so we cannot use a category or classification for those cases.

Is there a way to configure SD module to exclude these products?

Thank you

Sergio

Hi Sergio,

here is an approach using two new conditons:

1) Setup a minimum price kondition and use a condition exclusion setup to force sap to deactive the condition with the lower value.

2) To be able to use this functionality your price including the discount must be available also in an own condition as the condition exclusion cannot work with subtotals. So you need another condition 'price incl. conditions' which is filled by a formula picking up the value from a subtotal field. This condition should not allow any manual input.

One advantage of this solution is that the way the price has been found at the and is transparent to the user.

See SPRO->Sales and distribution -> basic functions -> pricing -> condition exclusion.

Best regards,

Oliver
