Expanding Tree Folder at runtime

Dear all

I created Folder called as "Reports"..for this folder i attached some reports iviews..When the user logs in..he wants to see all the iviews in that folder..currently when i click on the folder..it is expanded..

I want to expand the folder all the times..

Pl suggest me
