Expanding Tree Folder at runtime

Dear all

I created Folder called as "Reports"..for this folder i attached some reports iviews..When the user logs in..he wants to see all the iviews in that folder..currently when i click on the folder..it is expanded..

I want to expand the folder all the times..

Pl suggest me

And if this still doesn't meet your requirement, you could also try creating your own detailed navigation iView.

You can try adding your own code in the javascript file "/irj/portalapps/com.sap.portal.navigation.detailedtree/scripts/detailedNavTree.js". Also, look into the file in com.sap.portal.navigation.detailedtree_core.jar.

I will be interested if SAP offers this as a standard feature in the future. You could try requesting a future development so that the feature can be turned on/off from the iView properties.

You want the folder expanded all times in PCD browser?

Or are you referring to the detailed navigation area of the framework?

All the endusers will access their reports in Portal. for this i have attached reports list in Folder..that folder is attached to the Roles....when the user logs into portal..that Reports folder is displayed in Detailed navigation panel. then the users expand that folder , he is able to see all the reports...

but i want to expand automatically , instead of user expanding..
