Hi All,
I am using internal ITS as the webinterface with SRM 4.0.But when I click on some of the menu items,I get the message that "the service does not exist".
When I check in SE80 for that particular service,i am unable to find it.
It is a standard service so it should be delivered with SRM 4.0,but however it is not there.Should I upgrade the patch level for this service?Currently the patch level for SRM component is SP 06.
Thanks & regards,
Deepti.
Hy Deepti,
What is the service you try to launch ?
In fact all the standard services should appear in SE80 even if you use internal ITS (it is used by the system for clients that choose to use external ITS).
Regards.

Hi Deepi,
if you get the message that the service don't exist I would check the service in SICF. Even when an ITS service exists in SE80 you will get the message "the services does not exist" if it is not defined or activated in SICF.

Klaus
