Production Order status for Quality stock

Hi

thankful to every body , Can we know the UD has completed or not by seeing the production order status?if possible how could please any one guide me in this issue.

Hi,

Go to T.code QA33,

Give in put as plant, inspection origin-03 and material

In list setting check  select all inspection lot

Execute it.

The green traffic light is represented as UD completed.

The red one is  still UD pending.

In Change layout you can select the production order and you can see the status.

This is not possible via standard.

Try controlling through user status.

Hi,

As Mr Rupesh told it is not possible from standard SAP status update in system at present.

But you have way of using or create some user status and update them manually for orders for which you completed UD but this is a manual activity and i believe you follow it up if you really want of it. Other wise it would not going to be value added activity to do it manually for each order.

Hi Chanti,

To know for which production order usage decision has been completed, you can use COOIS (order headrers), here you can use system status =UD (Usage decision has been made).

Dear,

It is not possible in standard SAP you need to develop the custom report. I hope your requirement is to check UD is pending for order before TECO the production order.
