Issue in Material shortage quantity for production order

Dear all,

I require an report for "Material Shortage list" for Production orders. We are presntly using the T-Code - "CO24", it is not satisfying our requirements.

My requirement is

BOM structure is

Header Material - A and its component is B and BOM ratio is 1:1

The stock of the component B is zero and if i create an 1st production order for A - 30 Ea, my shortage qty of component B is 30 Ea. After the creation and release of production order and If i do the GR for the component B for 15 Ea. Still the shortage quantity of the component B is showing as 30 Ea in CO24. My present stock is not getting considered in this report. Even if i issue the partial quantity of 15 Ea to the production order. Still the shortage quantity in CO24 is showing as 30 Ea only.

I require the system to check the present stock of the material and calculate the shortage quantity dynamically. Is there any standard report in SAP????? (Or) kindly provide the table for finding out the shortage quantity for the production order, so we can develop any customized reports.
