Good day Gurus

For a slackness and irresponsabilty of our side, the IIS 7 is misconfugured and don't know how to return it from original communication with SAP Productivity Pak (productive system).

Please, I beg that could anybody help me. I need all parameters and configurations that involve IIS 7 and SAP Productivity Pak

OS : Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise x64

DB : MS SQL 2008 x64

ANCILE version : SAP Productivity Pak 4.4

The Administration guide and Release Notes, both don't helps me, 'cause don't talk about IIS configuration

Best Regards

normally re-installation should be an easier way.

Thank you Shu.

I did a ticket in SMP and a ANCILE Product Specialist tells me that should re-install ANCILE uPErform Server.  I followed the next steps below:

Stopping the Vignette Software

1. Select START > CONTROL PANEL.

2.

Select Administrator Tools.

3. Select Services.

4. Select Vignette

Collaboration.

5. Select Stop the service.

6. If you were operating in a

clustered environment, open a command

prompt and browse to

[Vignette

Installation Location]\Collaboration and enter

bin\stoprmid.bat.

This step

will allow you to delete the C:\Program Files\ANCILE uPerform

folder from the

server without restarting the server.

Uninstalling ANCILE

uPerform

1. Select START > CONTROL PANEL > ADMINISTRATOR

TOOLS.

2. Select Add or Remove Programs.

3. Select ANCILE uPerform.

4.

Click Remove.

5. Click Yes.

6. Click Finish.

If this process fails

(typically because IIS Manager 6.0 has not

released some files), restart the

server or stop the IIS Admin and World Wide Web

Publishing Services and try

the process again.

Uninstalling Vignette Collaboration

1. Select

START > CONTROL PANEL.

2. Select Add or Remove Programs.

3. Select

Vignette Collaboration.

4. Click Change/Remove.

If the uninstaller

fails because Vignette processes are running, set theVignette Collaboration

service startup type to Manual and restart the

server.

5. Click

Next.

6. Click Uninstall.

7. Click Finish.
