Server proxy user authorizations

Hi,

I have a File to Proxy(SAP CRM) scenario.

While processing the file, we are getting the error "User XXXX is not authorized to use message type" in call adapter level of SXMB_MONI.

Can any one please suggest the required authorizations for the proxy interface user?

Below is the error:

<SAP:Error SOAP:mustUnderstand="1" xmlns:SAP="http://sap.com/xi/XI/Message/30" xmlns:SOAP="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">

< SAP:Category > XIProtocol </ SAP:Category >

< SAP:Code area =" MESSAGE " > NOT_AUTHORIZED_IF_OP </ SAP:Code >

< SAP:P1 > I-PIMS </ SAP:P1 >

< SAP:P2 />

< SAP:P3 />

< SAP:P4 />

< SAP:AdditionalText />

< SAP:Stack > User XXXX is not authorized to use message type </ SAP:Stack >

< SAP:Retry > M </ SAP:Retry >

</SAP:Error>

Thanks

    Hi, look at this note (i had the same problem):

    Note 1952439 - BubbleException in SOAP receiver channel during sending data to backend Integration Engine using XI Message Protocol

    Resolution

    Add the S_SERVICE authorization object to the role SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER, and assign this role to the user what you use in this communication.

    After adding the authorization object to the role, everything worked fine to me.

    Can you check to see if the user specified in the receiver channel has the SAP_XI_IS_SERV_USER role assigned?

    Hi,

    1. Check the RFC destination used in your communication channel is working fine or not.

    2. If you are using Logon data for SAP Systems then use the valid userid.password,language and Client information. Please note do not use any dialogue user here. Use System user.

    Hi,

    Please check if the user is locked at SAP CRM. if Yes, try to unlock with the help of Basis team. Check your RFC Destination which is connected to SAP CRM through PI to find USER info.
