ESS EHP6 benefits Open enrollment does not show up

Hi Experts,

I have the following issue : We do not want to use Open period configuration instead we want to use Adjustment reason OPEN in infotype 378 for employee .

When I tried to assign OPEN for employee I see the Open enrollment in HRBEN0001 but in ESS it does not show up ,do anyone else have same issue?

I looked at the code SAP has looks like they are looking for OPEN as Benefit Event and for Open period configuration ,can anyone suggest if something is missing I have Open period close as I don't want to use it.

We are on EHP6 and trying to use WDA application for Open enrollment.

Thanks,

ST

have you done the customization in LPD_CUST?

Also for dynamic links, create your own BAdi implementation based on

    BAdi definition HRESS_MENU.

You need to enhance method IF_EX_HRESS_MENU~MODIFY_APPLICATION_ATTRIBUTE

: Within this method, you can enter the code used for proxy class.

Here for user, you will find NEWH adjustment reason, and then

    you can hide/unhide the application.

Closing this message as OPEN adjustment reason in IT0378 works only if we want open enrollment for all plans for Open enrollment period .We created new Adjustment reason and loaded in to It0378 and configured the link in LPD_CUST for new adjustment reason and it worked.

      Thanks,
