No Planned order created when maximum lot size is given

Hai Gurus,

I have an SFG where the maximum lot size given is 740,000 grams. When I enter a demand for FG for upto 23,550 TPC (Thousand pieces), it is throwing planned orders in multiples of 740,000 grams,followed by a final planned order less than 740,000 grams.
