Error in display of Holiday in PP61 Screen.

Dear Gurus,

I have maintained August 15 as holiday in Holiday calendar, i have generated Work Schedule. When I check in PT03, I can see Aug 15 as a holiday, but When I check in PP61 shift planning, I dont see August 15th as holiday, I can see other holidays though. Can some one please give me some guidance to solve this issue.

I checked the attributes and the religion, its configured just like the other holidays, but I do not understand why I am unable to see this holiday in PP61 screen.

Just thinking the other way., check Employee work schedule through IT0007 once.

Pick up any employee and go to IT0007.

Click on Work Schedule

and look at your day, month and look out for the day attributes.

This mechanism to make sure, you have the work schedule and public holiday is being maintained or not., if it still shows there., then, you might need to look some thing at shift planning level.

I have tried everything I can, I moved the Holiday Calendar once again, Still the same problem, I can see that its a Day off in PT03, but not in PP61. Please help.

Hi Kumar,

One more thing , you have to add your holiday calander to factry calender and the factory calender has to be assigned  in shift planning process.

goto SM30 and give table T77S0

PEINS  CALID   

Assigning factory calender to the holiday caleder you can use transacetion SCAL

thanks for the response, Its already assigned it to Factory Calendar and I have configured 10 holidays and only two don't appear in PP61 Shift planning screen.
