single invoice for 3 orders in order related billing with billing plan

     Hi Gurus!

    I got a scenario where we have to combine 3 orders into single invoice....we r into oreder related billing scenario...and we maintained billing relevance "i" in the item category......all the requisite for combining multiple orders into single invoice is maintained....still system is unable to generate single invoice for multiple orders...pls help..

Apart from the other option please check in all the Sales order whether any Billing Block is active for the billing plan.

Check whether the Billing Plan date for all the Plans for which you want to do collective billing

Hi Bala,

when you combine 4 orders in VF04 using collective invoice, if system is not able to generate a collective invoice it will tell you the reason in split analysis (Split analysis icon will be present at the top). Check the split analysis log you will be able to trace the root cause.

Dear Bala,

Since you have billing plan, have you checked what is the proposed billing date coming in each order? i assume each order will be having a different billing date and this is the issue.
