How to archive trips do not have the transfer status transferred to FI /incorrect posting run

Hi Experts,

I am working in a travel management data archiving project.According to Sap standard archiving procedure for archiving object PA_travel the trip should be in "Transferred to FI" status .

According to business requirement we should archive all trips including incorrect status & incorrect posting run. In PTRV_PERIO table there are trips which in status other than "Transferred to FI".

While creating archiving group for trips archive using T code PU22 , in HR preparations for archiving step the personnel number is rejecting from the archive group if the personnel number have incorrect trip status or incorrect posting run status.

1.How to archive trips do not have the transfer status "Transferred to FI".?

2.How to archive trips have incorrect posting run status(all post run status other than document posted)?

Please suggest a solution for this requirement .

Thanks in advance

    Hi Jobish,

Did you get any solution for this issue?

We are also facing the similar issue that employee number being rejected if the trip is still in open.

However, after we settle the trip we are getting another error saying "Pers. no. has no results and has been removed from the archiving group".

Please let me know if you have any idea about this issue.

    Regards,
