SAP HCM module training & Certification in Dallas

I am interested in SAP HCM module training & Certification. I have around 5 years of experience in HR generalist profile .My queries

• As i have an MBA HR degree so this combination would work (SAP HCM from USA + MBA HR from India) ??

• Secondly whether this skill set would get me a job here and visa conversion from H4 to H1 ,because this can only happen when jobs are available for this skill set in USA ?? As my other concern is this too that only MBA HR cant get me a job in USA or i should go for PHR ??

• Third, is there only one who has done SAP HCM /HR from dallas ???
