Report painter: How to translate Header text in ZH-Chinese language

Hello

I have been able to translate the elements in CEFORMT table and TKES2 and TKES5 , however the header text in ZH language shows entirely incorrect data , there is no translation and all the periods are also aligned to the right

How do i translate the header text in this case
