Pending Qty Report for Services

Hi All,

I want the reports for services in which it show details against PO. I know there is a report ME2S. But its not fulfilling my user requirement.

Everything is OK in this report but they want the pending qty and value also, which is at present not showing.

Is there any report which the pending qty and value also....

Whether i have to create a new report or use enhancements in the ME2S report.

if you want at service item levels in z report , you may have to consider ESLL and ESSR tables. put the pack number in packno, ESLL , take sub pack no, and put this number in essl pack no,, there you can find the services related data

Hi,

Check t.code:MSRV6 and ML84. Also check t.code:MB5S.

OR

Check purchase order numbers which are not updated EKBE table for your requirement.

If the above reports not meet your requirement,then go for development - read EKPO-EBELN & fetch all records from EKBE table with BEWTP (Purchase Order History Category)  where you will get Purchase Order History Category as service entry sheet , goods receipt and invoic ereceipt.

For transaction codes ME2M,ME2L,ME2N, Use scope of list 'ALLES' or 'RECHNUNG'  Selection parameters 'WE101'.

hello,

In this report, you can't get pending quantity and value directly.you can get only consume quantity and value. so based on that you can do exercise in excel else go for new report development.

In ME2S report: Pending quantity = Total Quantity - Consume Quantity

                        Pending value = Total value - consume value.
