Our Tax team conducted a midquarter test on all 2016 acquisitions and determined that we need to use the midquarter convention rates for MACRS depreciation provided by the IRC. There are multiple scenarios required to determine the depreciation calculations and the rates vary based on Useful life, which quarter, and whether or not bonus depreciation is applied. If SAP does not provide standard keys for this requirement, we may need to create 32 new depreciation keys. Does anyone know how I can check if SAP has provided keys for these specific scenarios?
