Display and Print option issue in ISR custom adobe form

Hi ,

I have added a new dropdown field in PCR adobe form in MSS. at last stage 'Complete ' , when i am clicking on "Display and Print " button i dont find my newly added drop down field there.. Any body can tell me how can i fix this ?

ISR Form is custom one and showing all fields apart newly added one in 'DISPLAY AND PRINT' option.
