GATP confirms delivery date in past

Hi Expert,

We are facing one issue in GATP. When we are changing the delivery date to today’s or tomorrow’s  in STO, the system is assigning the delivery date in past by user ALEREMOTEAPO.

eg. when we change the delivery date of STO from 11.06.2013 to 13.06.2012 in R/3, immediately APO changes it to 29.04.2013.Planned delivery time is 45 days.

I can not understand the behavior of APO system . Please let me know what I need to check to resolve the issue.

Hi Sachin,

The question is which event is changing the delivery date due to APO. Please check the EDQA

monitor in transaction /SAPAPO/EDQA if you find a EDQA BOP which is doing this.

Please make sure that the scheduling is activated for the STO. Recheck your customizing in ECC

Purchasing

Purchase Order

Set up Stock Transport Order

-> Assign Delivery Type and Checking Rule

Recheck your userexits in scheduling:

FM EXIT_/SAPAPO/SAPLVCRM_001 & EXIT_/SAPAPO/SAPLVCRM_002
