Me 6.1 Print traveler with ads service - Document printing failed

Hello

I have problem on send document type traveler to print using the ads service.

in the Document (re)print activity I got this error:

Document printing failed: PDFDocument Processor failed to process RenderRequest

Due to the following Reason can't parse argument number

urn:AdobeDocumentServicesWsd/AdobeDocumentServicesVi/document (Message 15945)

And on the nwa log viewer  i got this error:

Deserializing xml stream
http://ed-meapp-02.pcb-il.co.il:52000/inspection.wsil failed : Possible mistaken
document type. Recheck the type of the document you are requesting - You are
probably trying to access WSDL document instead of WSIL. .......................................

I performed all the prerequisites that are mentioned in the document:

SAP ME How-To-Guide for Printing.

Please advise what could be the problem.

Hello Yuval,

As you may know from the Troubleshooting guide page, the issue is related to OS level. In this particular case I would suggest that you re-check 'Configuring WSIL Destination' section and SAP_ADSCALLER assignment according to the Printing Guide. Also, keep in mind changes as per SAP Note 1810864.
