Price/Condition text is not displaying in PO

i have one issue, IN PO Price/Cond text is not displaying, can you please check screen shot and please let me know how to display the missing text

Hi,

Check your entry in SPRO-->SRM-->SRM server-->cross applic-->pricing-->process condition group.

check whther condition table has been added with description for that condition type
