Basic Data Views not displaying in MM01

Hi Experts,

In OMS2 I selected a Basic Data Views for ROH material type but when I am going to create a material (MM01), Basic data view not displaying.

please guide me what is the problem, where I need to do settings. ?

Hi Somanna,

Basic data view is the general view that should come by default in the SAP standard setting. I think there is a screen program change done, which causes this issue. Pls check with your ABAPer if they have done any change in the code.

Just for info, what are the screens displayed after selecting the Org levels & views. In case if you can go this level;.

Hi Kalaiyarasan,

In MM01 while creating material I can see only Forecasting and General Plant Data/Storage 1 and Storage 2.

remaining views not displaying.

go MM01 and click the button for view selection, I think you saved a personalized view selection and made it default.

Hi,

  If all the above specified configurations has been maintained correctly, check the authorization for the user id. In MM01 screen put "/nSU53" and check the authorization check.

Hi,

Not sure what you are missing but cross check following:

1.Did you select "Basic data" in User departments segment in OMS2 t.code for your material type.

2.Did you have Screen Reference material type in OMS2 t.code for your material type in field SRef: material type in General data segment.

3.Did you have Account category reference in OMS2 t.code for your material type in Valuation segment.

4.Did Account category reference assigned to your material type and same Account category reference assigned to valuation class in t.code:OMSK

Please check the below configuration for the Plant ;

SPRO-Logistic - General - Material Master - Field Selection - Define Plant Specific Filed Selection and Plant Specific Screen Selection ;

Check in Maintenance Status for that Plant : K Basic data is define.
