ITSM: Paste Screenshots into Incident

Is there a way to paste screenshots or photos directly into the incident without the users having to first save them to their desktop and then uploading them as an attachment?

Dear Jon,

I have also been looking for this functionality. There are already some discussions about this, but they all come down to the same answer: it's not possible, you need to use the "add attachment" button and upload a saved document.

=> this discussions suggests a method that could solve this issue, but it seems to me that this method only creates a new screenshot of the current screen at the moment of the creation of the ticket, and adds that.

As far as I know, nothing about this has been added in recent support packs. But this could really be a helpful functionality!
