WM : IM & WM Stock Difference showing LX23

Dear Experts

              User created delivery against STO Purchase order. delivery Qty is 36000 pc but users created one transfer has created 18000 pc and created transfer order 36000 pc and done PGI , GRN Against delivery.

                I have checked stock is zero in IM Stock but stock showing in WM Stock ( actual Storage type) through LS24...

i Need to clear the stock in IM-WM Difference.. Kindly help me to solve the issues

I have checked the all document. user has created two transfer order, each TO Each Qty 18000 Pc.

PGI Has done , how it is possible Im stock is zero and WM Stock is showing Qty 18000 PC

Your Questions :

Please Check the following

• What is the picking status of outbound delivery ,ensure C - Completely processed

• What is the WM Active Status ,ensure it is C - WM trsf ord confirmd

• Do you have a stock in the interim storage bins – 916

• The stock you are saying are in the same batch of what is in Delivery

The PO history looks normal, everything looks like being okay

delivery note create for 36000, goods issue done for 36000 - receipt done for 36000

so the error - if any - must be in WM only .

Would be interesting to see the document flow to delivery note 82440503

to see which TOs were used for picking

and then probably the details to those TOs  to see what was done in particular

                 Thanks for reply, WM Status and confirmation is ok. But Why system is not consider the Actual storage type stock. I dont know how it happened, this is the first time iam facing htis problem....

How to clear the interim storage type stock ?

to clear the interim bin you have to do a movement . E.g. create a manual TO with Lt01 and movement type 999 and transfer the postive quant from DC1 A-02-01-03 onto the negative quant 916 0082440503

In your screen shot it looks like the requested quantity of 36000 was only confirmed with 18000 and the the other part of 18000 was returned to the source bin.

The difference should not be caused by DN 82440503. As you can see that after this DN, another 27,000 PC has been issued out by DN 82440892.

Can you run LT26 (storage type = 916, storage bin = 0082440503) and show us the result? Just want to see if the full 36,000 has been picked.

To clear the difference:-

1) Run LX23 to clear the difference. As the result, IM inventory will be increased for 18,000 PCs so that IM stock aligns with WM stock

2) Check if the 18,000 PCs are physically in DC1 / A-02-01-03. If no, carry out physical inventory count in WM to correct the stock.

I am little bit Puzzled, In first thread you said.

• How to clear the interim storage type stock?

Please let us know where exactly you have the stock , in Actual Stoarge Type or Interim Stoarge Type ?

• Based on the screen print what is determined that.
• Your storage type is set with Complete Stock Removal active and Return to same bin active in storage type settings,
• So, when you wanted to pick 18,000 qty for your delivery system picked 36,000 Qty in source and required is only 18,000 and remaining qty 18,000 posted to same storage type
• I wonder in regards to the reason how system allowed goods issue for 36,000 qty when only 18,000 qty is picked and confirmed and remaining qty returned to source storage type.
• if you see stock in actual storage type DCN ,18,000 then it is because of the above reason

   and to determine how system issued the goods without picking we need document flow of delivery note 82440503 and print screen of stock for the material from LS26
