Automatic reminder Mail for Users

Hello, this is about Incident management in Solution manager. I have lots of incidents which are solved but not acknowledged by users or a waiting for a user action. Is there a standard function to send reminder mails to the users ?

Hello,

I was also wondering if this was possible.

For example if a ticket is in status "customer action", and after one week it is still in "customer action", it is possible to send a reminder mail automatically?
