VL10 - Delivery not created

Hi Gurus,

I'm using the VL10 to create deliveries. I have an issue where I have 3 orders and I want to create for each order 1 delivery. So I tick all 3 orders, enter the quantity and click on Background Creation.

For one order (always the same), there is not delivery created, the system create only 2 deliveries.

But it works when I tick only this order for delivery creation.

I think you have to debug to find the root cause. Was it always so, or has anything changed recently e.g. restrictions made in a user exit?

Yes I think so.

We have a new plant, for all others plants it's working.

Last changes are creation of this new plant and upgrade to EHP 6.

Hi David,

Have you looked at Log at the delivery creation (Shift+F4)? Are there any messages?

Log entry I have:

2 Deliveries created for 2 orders, but 3rd order has been simply ignored. No errors.

Are you certain it is not combined with one of the others into a one delivery?

Have you checked the log?

The log give me the information that 2 deliveries has been created, and there is no combination.

No errors. The program simply ignore the third order ?!?!
