SAP Material determination change logs

We have a requirement from the client on recording the change log for material determination condition records in the ECC system. The transaction to create/change these records is VB11/VB12.

Currently, for pricing condition records, we are able to save the change log for VK11/VK12. The tables where these condition records are stored does not have the check box checked.

But still the change log for this table is available to us.

So this makes us to believe that there is some other setting which needs to be made for this change log to be saved. There is also a report RV16ACHD which gives the change log for pricing condition types, condition tables etc. Ideally SAP has a report RV16DCHD which will give the change log for material determination condition records, but the problem is since the change log is not getting saved anywhere, we are not able to fetch it in our system!!!

I found the transaction SCDO where change logs for some objects are maintained. For pricing condition records it is COND_A probably. Do we, in standard SAP, have something like a COND_D which when created, will save the change log for material determination records? Please advise.

Does anybody have the change logs for material determination condition records activated? If yes, please do let me know so that we can check and compare it to our system.
