Dear all,
We use DMR ( 5 Times Inspection, 12 months skip ).
Even though 2 inspection lots were valuation code 'A', next inspection lot was skipped.
inspection Lot UD Code Valuation Code
A SP (Quality Score : 60 ) R
A SP (Quality Score : 60 ) R
A SP (Quality Score : 60 ) R
A AC (Quality Score : 100 ) A
A AC (Quality Score : 100 ) A
I think valuation code determine that it is skip lot or not.
But when I look into the inspected LOT, quality score determine the skip lot.
Is it right?
No you got completly misunderstood the DMR concept here.
first thing, its not Quality score which determine skip.
Secondly its depends upon the defination of DMR that you have created.
Check the QDR3 screen in header ,have you selected "At Inspection lot creation" as radio button.
Lastly check whether all lots were created before taking UD( or rejecting ) of any Inspection lot.
If yes, then your DMR is working fine.
