DMS Workflow issue

Dear All,

I am new to DMS, got an issue in workflow log in CV02N tcode. Somebody made some changes, & now workflow log is showing multiple line (in alv, on clicking which we can see the detailed workflow steps) of logging. Earlier there was only one line in log, clicking on which we can see all related activities. Now, all sub-statuses are also shown. Is there any way to hide this?

Hi Anuroop,

It is system behaviour as you made any changes in documents for e.g.document status from created to released or Change/Delete in attached documents, this shows in status log in CV02N.

I don't think by hiding status log, issue will get resolved.
