Hi Experts,
I am facing an error while importing target system.
/lib64/libc.so.6 version 'GLIBC_2.7'
Linux OS SUSE 10 SP1
Oracle 11
I have read this note
1574751 - Linux: libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.7' not found
I am using kernel 720 instead EXT when selecting from sapinst.
service.sap.com/pam says EHP3 is supported for this OS.
Any clue?
Hi all,
Issue is solved!
I modified KERNEL from marketplace media with 720 packages like SAPEXE.SAR SAPEXEDB.SAR IGS.EXE IGSHELPER.SAR ... then run again SPM.

Hi Jorge,
SLES 10 is not supported for SAP Kernel 720_EXT. You are getting the error due to this only, as the OS Kernel is lower than the required SAP Kernel.
To use extended kernel you will have to upgrade your OS or go with Kernel 700 or 720_REL
For details, Pl. Check note 1563102 https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1563102

Hi Jorge,
I think so, that you are looking at the wrong PAM.
I see your screen shot is for ERP EHP5 which is based on SAP Netweaver 7.0 EHP2 not EHP3.
The correct PAM for Netweaver 7.03 (the version you intend to install) is here https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/support/pam/pam.html?smpsrv=https%3a%2f%2fwebsmp10...
Also, as Roman N mentions, for Netweaver 7.03 Kernel 720_EXT is only supported and thus SUSE 10 is ruled out. You need to have SUSE 11 for this combination. Check below screen shot.
Regards,
Akshay.
