common issues in sap crm support projects for functional consultants

Can anyone tell me the commonly faced issues in a support project for sap crm functional consultants?

    Hi Gulrez,

    IN any support project the issue basically depends on the type of CRM module you are working for . for example if it for

    CRM SALES SUPPORT the issues will be related to :

    Account & contact management :- like account details , hierarchy etc

    SAles order management: - sales order replication issues, priicing error , product hierarchy error etc,

    CRM SERVICES :

    majorly issues will be related to the service orders

    CRM marketing :

    issues involves :- marketing plan related problems, TPM related issues, subscription related etc.

    majorly it depends on project and type of support required.

    Certain Middle ware issues:

    like bdoc monitorin, queues monitoring , product replication , delta and request loads.

    Hi ,

    In addition to above reply :

    If CRM Interaction Center :

    Issue in Account Identification, Contact persone creation, Folloup activity for IC record, in Managing Service Request and its porcess, Knowledge Article related to multilevel categorization also some time customer can ask about Alerts and rule policy as per there change requirment.
