I'm working on a requirement that involves return credit percentage. I'm using the pricing procedure to determine the proper condition rate given parameters such as plant number, material group, etc.
The condition rate should also be based on the number of days since they purchased the material and the number of days until expiration. For example, if a customer purchased a material between 1 and 60 days ago, they should get 100%, between 61 and 90 days, 75% credit, and so on. I believe I could handle this using a custom scale formula.
The question is, there is also another scale based on the number of days until product expiration. The system needs to consider both scales to determine the proper condition rate. Is it possible to have two different scales on the same condition record? If not, any suggestions on how to accomplish this requirement?
