Scheduled Query Report - Unable to extract PDF report output to file C:\Windows\TEMP\Report.pdf Error code:-2028

Former Member

I successfully ran a saved query but when when I send it as an email attachment via the Query Report Scheduler, the Status on the Scheduled Report Overview says it was successfully emailed but there was no attachments in the email.

The log says that there was no service device found, yet in the SAP B1 Service Manager settings for SBO Mailer there is no configuration field for a printer.  Please advise me where I can find the configuration for the printer in the SAP B1 Service Manager.

Also, we could not extract the PDF, XML or HTML report output. Is this related to the printer error message?

Here's part of the Scheduled Report Overview Log:

Good Morining,

When not attached and not add the option in March HTML couple body of the email the email is sent successfully.

When I add the attachment I get the error reported.

I got a call at SAP, as well as possible post the result.

Hi,

Its working for me... you first do page setup in PLD  set to A4 and also select your printer... before that pls check in services whether SAP Messaging Service started.

Marcelo, Everything was set up correctly in the SAP B1 Service Manager and the correct email recipients were added. The PDF, XML and HTML boxes were also checked.

So, yes this is still an issue but I'm going to send this to SAP Support and see what they have to say.
