Issue in transport of sdk enhancements from test to production system

Hi experts,

We are trying to transport sdk enhancements from test system to production system using the studio (1302).

As seen in the screen capture above, the "create-patch" is disabled.

We have logged into the system using "Studio Administrator" login, but still we are facing this issue.

Can you please help us in this regard?
