Hierarchy Text is not updating in output (i.e. BEx Analyzer)

Info object: 0CUST_SALES

For the Infoobject - 0CUST_SALES, we are unable to fetch the text for the Hierarchy (i.e. Plc Hierarchy) at BEx Analyzer, where as we can see the Text at the ‘Maintain Hierarchy’ in BW system.

From our end,

• We have reloaded the master data completely & activated.
• Run – Attribute change for Hierarchy
• In Query Designer – the check box is Ticked “Activate Hierarchy Display”

But still the text is not fetching.
