Value '012000' of characteristics 0calmonth is not plausible

Hi All,

I am facing the above error(attachment) while loading data from psa to Cube in Dev environment.

Thru error i searched in scn, but no use for me. those are 3.x version. mine is 7.x.

Even according to above thread also i checked data formate, 0calmonth was in YYYYMM only.

At transformations i mapped FISCPER to 0CALMONTH, its direct mapping.

FISCPER length is 7,0CALMONTH length is 6

if any have ideas to help me out. always welcome.

Hi,

Its length issue, source value have 7 digits and bw object have 6 digits. first digit was truncating (2012000, coming as 012000).

Need to change length or need to map another field which carry the month values..

Hi,

I think automatic conversion is not possible from fiscper to calmonth.

With Calday it is possible so better map calmonth with calday if you have the same in place.

Fiscal year period hold the values intenally in this format 2012001 whereas calmonth as 201201

Yes, automatic conversion was not possible on my case. its nice information to know this.

i need to check with my bpc users which time object they want other than calmonth, accordingly i will change objects in target or i will change mappings.
