Unable to do goods issue with authorization of SD shipping clerk mana

Dear Experts,

I assigned role "SD shipping clerk mana" to one staff but he could not do goods issue by VL02N.

Here is the screen shot of SU53:

I am pretty new to SAP.

What should I check then?

Perhaps the user is trying to post a Intercompany delivery doc.

The screenshot clearly states, user doesn't have authorization for Movement Type 643 - TF to cross compa. Thus, the user will not able to PGI for the material with that movement type.

Kindly check this with your security/BASIS team, whether the user "SD shipping clerk mana" have authorization to work on intercompany scenario..
