even after cancelling a billing document customer open items are being displayed, how can i clear these open items.

We want to cancel an entry because of wrong posting. But it seems this doc type "RV" couldn’t been reversed by t-code: MR8M.

This one is the entry.

Though we can see this documents has been cancelled , but we wonder why we still can see it in our balance.

Kindly advise ASAP
