Plant determination by BILLING DOCUMENT

Dear Moderater,

    we have a requirement that need to identify from which plant the material is Delivering based on the billing document number.....Please guide us in this requirement as we have two plants in our company codes..

Dear Raja,

Create one Query with tcode:SQVI and take the table vbrp and select below fields

1)Plant both input and output

2)Material Number has output

3)Creation on Date has input

then execute.you will get a list of materials billed from Which Plant.

Hi,

you need to use Cross application components---General Application Functions---Cross-Application Document Numbering   to meet the Requirement.

you can Assing the Plants and the Number ranges here and Fetch that Data to pass into the Billing Document-VBRK-ZUONR .The same will be printed in the Invoice Output.

Paralelly you have sap standard Invoice number and the numbers you have defined as per the Plant.

hi,

check your sales order, In sales order one material fixed for one plant, as per this plant schedule line wise created delivery document for that material. same as this material plant autometic hit in billing doc.

Go to picking tab material, plant, storage location & delivery picked qty is there.

use t-code: VF02 , give billing number => select line item => Goto => Item  => Item Details tab

here you can find delivery related billing plant for material.

in billing document number field: VBRP-VBELN, Plant field: VBRP-WERKS and material field: VBRP-MATNR
