Unable to Connect ipad to Business Objects Server Via BI Mobile App

Hi Experts,

We have done all the settings required to connect Ipad to BO server however we are getting the "Connection to the server could not be established MOB 06031".

We even Verified the setting to check if mobile app server is running using below URL and the got the success message. I have already checked other blogs and have referred all the config documents not sure what the issue is ..have tried to connect via vpn, without vpn everything.

Hi Jatinder Singh,

this problem occur when there is no communication between server and the client i think there is a problem with network port ( if all configuration done correct). Please go through your I.T team about the port issue..
