Hi All.

Our sales order A  is not confirmed at schedule lines.

1a) Now we want system to do a re-atp automatically in SO once the stock is available. How to achieve that and how will the system know that the stock is available ?

1b). Do all the dates like mateiral availablility date, loading date etc gets changed in sales order after re-ATP.

1c) Is it possible that we do a re-atp during creation of delivery for our sales order A( i think we won;t be able to create a delivery if schedule lines are not confirmed. But iam putting this point in case if something like this exists )

2 ) second thing is there are many sales orders created after our sales order A. Will not all the sales orders get affetced since our sales order A will be consuming the stock once it is available ?

regards

Pamela

Hi Pamela,

1a) you need to reschedule the sales order with transactions V_V2 (or set up a batch job)

1b) yes, all dates are redetermined

1c) You are right, as long as the SO item is not confirmed it cannot delivered. If it is confirmed then SAP is performing another ATP check which is setup for the delivery (rule 'B', SO uses 'A'.). Usually you want to perform a static ATP check from the delivery view which is only looking on real stock quantities and which is neglecting any dynamic inward stock movements like open PO or stock transfers

2) Yes. How those orders are affected depends on the settings in V_V2. You can define that only not yet confirmed SO items or all are being rescheduled and which sort order SAP uses for this.

Best regards,

Oliver
