FM - Budget trigger at MM contract creation T code - ME31K

Hi All,

As of now my system budget check is at MIRO level (I excluded PR/PO....) is it possible to trigger budget at MM contract creation (T code - ME31K). Please suggest config steps.

Hello,

As from EHP6 release, you can integrate contracts with FM in a way that upon creation of a contract, EMF (commitment) will be created and, thus, consume the budget. You can consult IMG - Public Sector Management - Funds Management Government - Actual and Commitment Update/Integration - Integration - Integration Materials Management - Contracts for the scenarios.

I checked EHP5 but this link is not there.Anyone having access to EHP6 server & can test if we can trigger budget at ME31K.

As I said, it works only as from EHP6. The integration is built in a way, that an EMF is raised upon creation of a contract.
