Issues with Adobe form when added new field

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issues in Adobe forms. PFB the details.

We use adobe forms to create master data like Material, customer etc.

User send a request through Adobe forms.

When we add new field on the form, the data from certain fields of old requests disappears.

Can anybody tell me why this happens?
