Assigining Business patner to org unit(ppoma_crm).

Hi Experts!!

Working on crm 4.0 v

CASE

we receive requirement in below manner to assign it to given org unit

bp number : 3256987452

userid       : mailej

assgin to  : advisor - external-90822 .

for current senario what iam following following steps.

1. tcode - ppoma_crm

2. search for -> particular org unit where person is need to assign.

3.after finding the paricular org unit -> left click on org unit(advisor)

4. select assign option and assign it .

NEED.

is there is any method, tcode, report, or custom report , or any way out.

by which i can simply upload the file and the assignment of org unit is done without using ppoma_crm

because for assiging multiple users it is very tough .
