Is it possible to create outgoing Excise invoice through DIAPI in SAP 9 or any version

Dear Friends,

I want to add Outgoing excise Invoice document automatically at the time of creation of delivery. But I am not able to find any object of Outgoing excise invoice. any one can please tell what is the DI object for Outgoing excise invoice.
