How we find ZKQ table in time mangement?

Dear All,

How we find zkq table in time management?  My client is asking every month emp. quota balances,used leaves and remaining quota balance. How we get the details?

Hi,

Table ZKQ will be used in PE51. In Time Cluster i havent seen any table called ZKQ only ZKO is available you can see in PT66 T-code.

Dear Praveen,

As you know time and payroll tables are almost cluster tables and there is no direct access to these table. Why you don't put your date from 1st to 31th of a month in PT50? Or as Raja said use PT66 to see cluster B2

Dear Praveen,

In PT50 please enter required personnel number and click on "All" button to have all quotas.

If you go "Absence quota" or "Accrual information" you will see quota information in detail.

This is standard quota transaction to see / control quota by time admin.
