Webi report Sending Mail to MS- Excel format

Hi

I was looking for information of how to send a Webi report to an user via Email in a Excell format and found this post.

The problem I have is that I want to send directly using the option Send To and not having to schedule it. This is the way I access to send by Email using BO4.

After selecting Email, I got this windows that does not allow to choose the format. The report is sent in .wid format.

I can send it if I choose schedule as you explain in your answer, but I would prefer to use this more direct method. Do you know if it is possible?
