Unable to navigate in content area of ESS overview page.....

Hi Gurus,

i am unable to open the links in the content area of overview page..

i am able to navigate through the toplevel navigation..

like, when i click on the Employee serach from the toplevel i can able to navigate and see the links whois who, change own data , telphone dir...

but when i click on the Employee search from the content area of the overview page , same over page is displaying.. :-( , it is not nagivating into that area.

please throw some light on this.....
