Unable to navigate in content area of ESS overview page.....

Hi Gurus,

i am unable to open the links in the content area of overview page..

i am able to navigate through the toplevel navigation..

like, when i click on the Employee serach from the toplevel i can able to navigate and see the links whois who, change own data , telphone dir...

but when i click on the Employee search from the content area of the overview page , same over page is displaying.. 😞 , it is not nagivating into that area.

please throw some light on this.....

Versions:- ECC 6.0 ehp5 SP09

Hi All,

issues is sloved , the problem was with the Joc connections created,

our basis team used user method as uid/password for all the Joc connections..

Pls see whether version mismatches if any ?

Also browser compatibility too.

Also further check the config in HOMEPAGE FRAME Work in SPRO whether proper PCD is maintained in the respective Resources...

i have checked in the SAP Logs..

i am getting the following error.

Fatal  :   You do not have the authorization to start service sap.com/pcui_gp~xssutils/XssMenu.

but i have S_SERVICE authorization object in the backend...

Hello Naveen,

Please check in the resource file correct URL is maintained there or not ??

You can check in the Hompage Customization, If you do not know the path, please go to txn. ptarq -> Home page Customization and then check for Resource Node and see for the Employee Search, whether URL of PCD page is maintained or not
