There are many. The most common is that no agent is found.

I faced this question in interview. Could you please explain me all the scenarios.
Hi Ramya,
1) Mandatory event parameters missing while calling this event from some workflow.
2) From workflow Back ground activity exception raised from method used.
3) Rule : Terminate workflow when no agent found flag checked inside the custom Rule.
